Bank Accaunts
All accounts are managed, reconciled monthly, and investment contacts for HOA-specific options like money market accounts and CDs are available upon request.
Financial Reporting
Monthly financial reports, covering the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, delinquency details, and more, are provided to the Treasurer and any board members upon request.
Budget, Taxes, Reserve Study
The HOA manager submits the budget for Board approval, notifies homeowners, coordinates tax preparation, processes 1099s, and assists with the reserve study.
Escrows and Refinances
Escrows and refinances are handled from start to finish upon homeowner request, and new homeowners receive a welcome letter with the CC&R’s By-Laws and Rules.

Special mailings and notices are prepared upon Board request, all correspondence with service providers and homeowners is managed, and hard copies of all files are maintained and stored.
Maintenance Requests
Maintenance requests are processed, special requests require Board approval, bids are obtained for projects over $1,000, and architectural requests are managed with reports available to the Board.
